How To Set Time

Use this quick-reference guide to set the time on your NEC phone system.

SV8100/9100

With the handset in the cradle, depress the “Speaker” button, dial 728 on your touchpad, using a 24-hour format, dial 2 digits for the hours, and 2 digits for the minutes. If the speaker light is lit, press it to turn it off.

SL1100/SL2100

With the handset in the cradle, depress the “Speaker” button, dial 728 on your touchpad, using a 24-hour format, dial 2 digits for the hours, and 2 digits for the minutes. If the speaker light is lit, press it to turn it off.

UX5000

With the handset in the cradle, depress the “Call 1″ button, dial 828 on your touchpad, using a 24-hour format, dial 2 digits for the hours, and 2 digits for the minutes. If the speaker light is lit, press it to turn it off.

ASPIRE

With the handset in the cradle, depress the “Call 1″ button, dial 828 on your touchpad, using a 24-hour format, dial 2 digits for the hours, and 2 digits for the minutes. If the speaker light is lit, press it to turn it off.

I Series

Note: This will change/set time and date. With the handset in the cradle, depress the “Call 1″ button, dial 828 on your touch pad, dial the password (normally 0000), dial 2 digits for the year, dial 2 digits for the month, dial the day of the week (0=Sunday, 6=Saturday), in a 24-hour format, dial 2 digits for the hour, 2 digits for the minutes. If the speaker light is lit, press it.

DSX

Note: This will change/set time and date. With the handset in the cradle, dial #83 on your touchpad, in a 24-hour format, dial 2 digits for hour, 2 digits for minutes, 2 digits for seconds then press “Hold.” Next enter 2 digits for month, 2 digits for day, 4 digits for year, then press “Hold” and “SPK” to exit.
