New Telephone Systems and Equipment
VoIPNEC 'ASPIRE' "Ready when you are"
The latest most advanced system on the market, 'ASPIRE' from NEC, allows you to converge your telephone and data networks with the features and cost-saving advantages of Voice over the Internet Protocol (VoIP) while still maintaining hundreds of features you are accustomed to using on your present Traditional telephones.
If you have questions such as:
- "Should I buy a Traditional or VoIP System"?
- "What if I don't need VoIP now but might later on"?
- "What if only a portion of my system needs to be VoIP"?
We can help!
With the 'ASPIRE', NEC has answered all of these questions and more by giving you, the customer, the flexibility of VoIP, Traditional or a combination of both. This allows you the freedom to phase in VoIP when and where you need it.
From a support standpoint this flexibility gives us the advantage of concentrating our efforts and technical training on one product, reducing the number of different items required for back up.

Other notable benefits of the 'ASPIRE' are:
- Standard displays are 3 x 24
- Recording of incoming and outgoing phone conversations
- Caller ID, ACD, TAPI, ARS, desktop messaging, DID, T-1
- User friendly
And only 'ASPIRE' has:
- Answering Machine Emulation
- Competitive pricing when compared with systems with far less flexibility and features
Digital 1000/2000 (Traditional)
Here again is a superb product from NEC, and it even has the 'ASPIRE' exclusive Answering Machine Emulation feature. Designed with most of the latest features except VoIP capability, for those who don't want the added expense, because they will ABSOLUTELY, NEVER, need VoIP.
Voice Mail
'ASPIRE Mail' and 'ASPIRE Mail Plus' were developed by NEC to integrate directly with its new Aspire VoIP systems. This direct integration allows one touch access to most features for simplicity and user-friendliness. Both are "in skin", meaning they are contained in the cabinet with the other components.
'Ultramail' was developed to integrate directly with its NEC traditional systems. This direct integration allows many one-touch features and, of course, is user friendly. 'Ultramail' is also "in skin".
CT/VS was developed to allow Voice Mail and auto attendant features on most brands and models of systems that have Voice Mail capability. This unit is separate, not "in skin".
