

Maintenance ContractsAll new systems, as part of the sales contract, receive a one year parts and labor Maintenance Contract. This contract provides on site service during regular business hours for any repairs required because of failure to equipment due to our installation or manufacturer failure. At the end of the first year, an option to renew is provided. It is always recommended to renew this great benefit to your telephone services. Many customers renew their Maintenance Contracts every year. They enjoy the benefits of an annual budget to repair their system plus the added benefit of extra discounts for additions or changes to their telephone system. At times, a customer without a Maintenance Contract or a new customer with a system purchased by another vendor wants a Maintenance Contract. Central Telephone Sales and Service can provide this!
