We are dedicated to providing the best ongoing service available to our customers. Along with a knowledgeable Customer Service Department, we have factory-trained and certified technicians. These technicians are able to quickly identify and repair your system, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to minimize any downtime. If needed, we also have priority access to the engineering departments of the manufacturers we represent.

Inventory

To ensure prompt service, we maintain an extensive inventory of over $100,000.00 in replacement parts and components.

Service Calls

Normal maintenance and service requests are dispatched by radio between 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday through Friday. For emergency calls, at our customer's request, we will dispatch a technician within two (2) hours, and for a total outage, we will locate and immediately dispatch the nearest technician.

Vans

Out of Hours Service

Fully equipped service vehicles and technicians are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for emergency repairs. These out of hour service calls are dispatched through our automatic answering system at 763-550-2000. Simply follow the prompts and one of our on-call technicians will be contacted immediately.

Remote Maintenance

Many of our customers enjoy the benefits of our Remote Maintenance and Diagnostic Center. This allows our technicians to utilize the computer diagnostics equipment at our office to monitor and maintain your equipment quickly, conveniently and economically.

Utility Coordination

We will act as a liaison between the providers of dial tone, long distance and T1 in an effort to coordinate and solve your problems as rapidly as possible.

Maintenance Agreements

An annual maintenance agreement for all parts and labor is available upon completion of an equipment inspection.

With 25 years experience maintaining thousands of accounts with a variety of equipment, our factory-trained technicians have the expertise to perform whatever work is requested.

Inventory

We stock and carry an extensive array of telephones, voicemails and other equipment, necessary to ensure a prompt response to any request. If we do not have a particular item in stock, we generally can obtain it from one of our many supply sources within 24 hours.

Installations

All work is normally scheduled between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, 7 to 10 business days from the placement of an order. If necessary, we usually can make other arrangements such as the next day, evenings or weekends. All work is guaranteed and written quotes are available prior to the commencement of any job.

Relocations

"With-in" premise moves are treated as installations. "Out-side" move scheduling is determined by the move date. We will, at the customer's request, coordinate and act as liaison between the dial tone, long distance and T-1 providers to ensure a smooth installation.

Payment

We accept VISA, MasterCard or Company Checks unless other arrangements have been made at the time the order was placed.
